Beechwood Orchards
I began working with Shawn and Melissa back when I was purchasing for Stone Tower Winery. When I redirected my focus to Wineberry, we decided to continue the partnership. Their stall at the Leesburg Farmer’s Market is packed every Saturday morning, with gorgeous produce and enthusiastic patrons. Most of the fruit and berries in Wineberry products is sourced from these guys.

Catoctin Coffee
Roasted in Lovettsville, just down the road from Wineberry’s home. These beans are the “secret” ingredient to one of my best selling products! Catoctin coffee is served at several local establishments including Stone Tower Winery and the Leesburg Farmer’s Market. These wonderful folks helped the cause when I was fundraising for Baker’s Against Racism by donating their beans.

Foggy Mountain Milling
The flour in Wineberry products is milled fresh in the same kitchen where we bake and decorate! Gabriel sources grain from local farms and sells a variety of versatile, whole grain flour blends. Local restaurants, The Wine Kitchen, and The Restaurant at Patowmack Farm use his flour blends and handmade pastas in their kitchens as well.

JQ Dickinson Salt Works
Our shortbread squares are generously sprinkled with this uniquely Appalachian sea salt. JQ Dickinson salt is sourced from an ancient, untouched sea below the Appalachian mountains. This yields a product that is free of contaminants and heavy metals that may be found in other sea salt.

Mt Defiance
The kick in our boozy truffles comes from Mt Defiance spirits. Absinthe Supérieure compliments the chocolate with delightful notes of anise while sweet Cassis evokes jammy berry flavors. Mt Defiance makes cider and small batch distilled spirits just down the road in Middlebrug, VA.

TCHO Chocolate
I remember my first taste of TCHO chocolate. My chef had ordered Valrhona, also an excellent choice, but it was out of stock. Our supplier sent TCHO instead. I tasted it, expecting quality chocolate, and it caught me by surprise. There was something about it, that I couldn’t quite put into words, that made it more delicious than other chocolate. I decided then that my own products would be made with TCHO.
Hi, I’m Tasha.
For as long as I can remember, opening a business has been the goal. The concept has evolved over the years, growing as I do. It feels natural to be crafting cakes for you, as I’ve done for friends and family throughout the past 20 years.
I first sold my products at farmer's markets in 2013, then took a step back and spent a decade learning from some of the area's top chefs - most recently Tarver King and Luis Montesinos. My training in their kitchens enables me to craft elevated products that are visually stunning, with attention to quality ingredients and chef driven flavor/texture combinations.
